  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

  • Full payment must be made prior to check-in as specified during booking.

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days before check-in are eligible for a partial/full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full charge.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 13:00PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00AM

  • Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.

  • No smoking indoors; designated smoking areas are available.
